Problem Statement
Individuals with disabilities face significant challenges in higher education and employment, including

Limited awareness of job opportunities
-
Inadequate industry preparation
-
Lack of awareness about suitable courses
-
A dearth of information on job posts in companies.
India has almost 3 crore people with disability (PwD) of which around 1.3 crore is employable but only 34 lakh of them have been employed.
Process followed for the project


Research and Analysis
Performed user interviews, surveys, contextual enquiry models and in-app analytics analysis to identify pain points and user needs.

Ideating on feature list
Ideating and finalizing on the features list after analyzing the paint points

Usability Testing
Formative testing in the paper prototyping phase and Summative testing after creating the final prototype

Wireframe & Prototyping
Paper prototypes were made followed by wireframing of low-fi, mid-fi and hi-fi prototype using design tool figma.
Information Architecture
Created a navigation tree diagram and conducted card sorting with user groups to shape and refine the concept. Developed the information architecture to further create the prototype

Researched on the competitor apps
Examined industry trends to gather valuable insights.
