Medication reminder and tracking app

Clay_Mockup.png

Need of the application

  • Chronic medical condition patients often struggle to maintain consistent medication schedules, especially when managing these tasks alongside their daily routines.

  • This challenge is compounded by the need for effective communication and coordination between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

  • The lack of an adaptable system leads to missed doses, health complications, and increased stress for both patients and their support networks.

Approximately 60% of adults worldwide live with at least one chronic condition.
