Need of the application

Chronic medical condition patients often struggle to maintain consistent medication schedules, especially when managing these tasks alongside their daily routines.

This challenge is compounded by the need for effective communication and coordination between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

The lack of an adaptable system leads to missed doses, health complications, and increased stress for both patients and their support networks.
Approximately 60% of adults worldwide live with at least one chronic condition.

Research and Analysis
Performed user interviews, surveys, contextual enquiry models and in-app analytics analysis to identify pain points and user needs.

Researched on the competitor apps
Examined industry trends to gather valuable insights.

Ideating on feature list
Ideating and finalizing on the features list after analyzing the paint points

Usability Testing
Formative testing in the paper prototyping phase and Summative testing after creating the final prototype

Wireframe & Prototyping
Paper prototypes were made followed by wireframing of low-fi, mid-fi and hi-fi prototype using design tool figma.
Information Architecture
Created a navigation tree diagram and conducted card sorting with user groups to shape and refine the concept. Developed the information architecture to further create the prototype

About ABHA
Unified Health ID: Provides a unique 14-digit ID for managing digital health records.
Interoperability: Facilitates secure health data exchange between healthcare systems.

Connecting the medication history dashboard page with the ABHA account will give the doctors access to their medication adherence history. This will help them to track the current scenario of the patient
